These terms cover use of the website. Entering the competition is covered by the competition rules.

About these terms

Using the site

  • Use the site lawfully, and don't try to interfere with it, get around its security, or access information that isn't yours.
  • Don't submit entries, votes or registrations on someone else's behalf without their permission, or using false details.
  • We may suspend access to protect the site, other users or the fairness of the competition.

Content on the site

The text, design, films and images on this site belong to Succeed or are used with permission. You may share links and use the school pack to promote the competition. Please don't otherwise copy the site's content without asking.

Published finalist entries belong to their authors and are published with their permission. Please credit the author if you quote them.

Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate. If a date or detail has to change, we will publish the change here, and the competition rules explain how we tell entrants.

Liability

The site is provided free of charge, as it is. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or withdraw it at any time.

We are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of data or business, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Because the site is free, our total liability to you in connection with it is limited to £100.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing affects your rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but if you live elsewhere you may also be able to bring a claim where you live.
